Novatek, Lukoil enter second round of oil tender in Lebanon

MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- Eight companies, including Russian independent gas producer Novatek and oil major Lukoil, have gone to the second round of an auction for an upstream license in Lebanon, the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water said in a statement late on Wednesday.

The companies’ contenders are ONGC Videsh Ltd., Sapurakencana Energy Sdn, SIPEX BVI, Qatar Petroleum International, Petropars and New Age (African Global Energy).
